Register a lost or stolen watch

Complete this form to request the registration of a watch on the largest international database of lost and stolen watches. Once registered, we will search for the watch on the global market until it is successfully recovered. We will contact you immediately if we locate a watch that you have registered.

Please note that we are unable to register a watch without its unique serial number and proof of loss, which in most cases must be provided in the form of a crime reference number and/or insurance details. If you are unable to provide these, please call us to discuss your claim.

Multiple watches can be registered using the same form provided that they are from the same loss. Please submit a new registration form for every separate incident.

We charge a non-refundable admin fee of £15 per watch (+ VAT) to review and process your registration request. If we locate your watch and it is successfully recovered we charge a 5% location fee based on the ultimate net benefit to you (see our T&Cs for more info on this and our optional recovery service).

To register an antique or pocket watch, please use the form on our Art Loss Register website here.

N.B. Police and insurers can register losses free of charge. Please contact us at [email protected].
