We will search for your watch on the international market and notify you immediately if we locate it, offering you assistance with recovery if required.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that we are unable to register a watch without its <strong>unique serial number and proof of loss<\/strong>. In most cases, this must be provided in the form of a crime reference number and\/or insurance details. If you are unable to provide these, please call us to discuss your claim.<\/p>\n<p>Multiple watches from the same loss can be registered using the same form. Please submit a new registration form for each separate incident.<\/p>\n<p>We charge a non-refundable admin fee of &pound;15 per watch (+ VAT) to review and process your registration request. If we locate your watch and it is successfully recovered we charge a 5% location fee based on the ultimate net benefit to you (see our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thewatchregister.com\/es\/terms-and-conditions\/loss-registrations\/\">T&amp;Cs<\/a> for more info on this and our optional recovery service).<\/p>\n<p>To register an antique or pocket watch, please use the form on our Art Loss Register website <a href=\"https:\/\/dashboard.artloss.com\/account\/register\/add\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>N.B. Police and insurers can register losses free of charge.
